What is a Bullet Journal?

Although similar to a diary journal, a bullet journal helps you to plan and organise the day, week, or month ahead.

It typically features calendars, sections for doodling, gratitude or affirmation boxes, to-do lists, and places to document goals and achievements. However, it’s important to remember that a bullet journal is created by YOU for YOUR journalling needs!

Bullet journals can feature as many or as few sections as you’d like and the structure and use is entirely up to you.
