Visits to Further and Higher Education campuses are a highly effective way of helping young people visualise what studying HE could be like for them. This has been supported by our evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of previous events.

In response to this as well as school feedback around the barriers and challenge of transport funding, LiNCHigher has launched a transport bursary to support all of Lincolnshire’s schools in accessing campus visits.

Any of Lincolnshire’s schools and colleges can access this funding once per academic year. Funding reimbursement is available for 50% of the total cost of the transport.
