We work with 16-24 year olds living in the Lincoln and Sleaford area to create and develop career guys. We're person centred, meaning that we are led by our clients and offer an impartial service. We support our clients with practical job seeking activities, including; writing honest yet impressive CV's, cover letters and application forms, preparing for interviews, accessing training and work experience, and preparing for the workplace. Alongside these practical skills, we work with our clients to build their soft skills, for example; boosting their confidence and supporting them to overcome any barriers holding them back from employment. Our goal is to work with our clients until they have made positive steps towards their chosen goals.
