This STEM Challenge is for Year 9 students to find out more about Wind as a power source.
We will also be engaging with some of our renewable energy employers for the Challenge and providing additional careers-based information, support and opportunities to meet some of these employers.
Fancy working in a team at school to design, develop, build and test a small wind powered turbine?
On 11th July, your team will spend a day at the University of Lincoln with other teams from across Lincolnshire, demonstrating your Dustbin Windmill and meeting employers from across Lincolnshire.
- Win £500 for your school and £25 for each team member!
- You will have 10 WEEKS to complete the challenge.
- You have until TUESDAY 6 APRIL to register your team
