Welcome to our brand-new Wellbeing Toolkit, created to provide you with practical advice, resources, tips, self- assessment tools, and activities to develop resilience and encourage positive mental health!

The Wellbeing Toolkit can help strengthen your self-awareness and coping mechanisms so that your academic performance or everyday life isn’t negatively affected by the challenges you face. Our approach has been to develop this toolkit as a system to aid stress reduction and grow resilience in individuals to reduce barriers to achievement. It can also help you create and implement positive changes in your life. The toolkit is split into six different categories, Resilience, Mindfulness, Self-awareness, Be active, Relaxation and Creativity.

This toolkit has been created to provide you with practical advice, resources, tips, self-assessment tools, and activities to develop resilience and encourage positive mental health.

Mental wellbeing is a part of our overall health. It doesn’t have one set meaning, so we might use it to talk about how we feel, how well we're coping, or what feels possible at the moment. Poor mental wellbeing can often make it more difficult to cope with the ups and downs of daily life, but it’s important to note that good mental wellbeing doesn't mean you're always happy or unaffected by your experiences.
